Item Description

Collection/Delivery:

The item will be delivered via a pallet delivery service or via Proovia courier. PLEASE BE AWARE if it is via kerbside delivery the delivery driver will NOT be able to take the item into your house and you will require organisation of your own assistance.

Delivery will be made within 7 working days of purchase. We will aim to get these out quicker if possible but make no guarantee. The Scottish Highlands and Isle of man are not included in the delivery. There may be other parts in Scotland which we cannot deliver to. If this is the case, we do apologise but the order will be cancelled and you will be contacted.

If you wish to collect, then collection is from WV8, Wolverhampton with prior arrangement. Discount may be offered if collecting. 

Condition:

This is an ex display item that has not been used at all but has been tested. Any marks/damage will be indicated via coloured arrows.

PINK/ORANGE indicates the more notcable marks (If shown)

YELLOW/GREEN indicate minor but noticable marks (If shown)

Left is the Left side as you look at the item, likewise, right is the right side as you look at it. 

Please look carefully at images for the condition, other than the marks that have been shown, it is in good condition.

This does not come with the manuals but this can be provided in the form of a PDF file online if you contact our customer service dept. It may not have the water supply pipe or spanner either (to remove transit bolts).

**IMPORTANT NOTE** - If it is a washing machine or Washer dryer, when you receive your item, please REMOVE the transit bolts before usage.

Shipping

  • Delivery of large Tv's from 55" to 75"  within the radius pictured in within the listing. Outside of this zone please contact us for costs to your area (We may also not deliver to your postcode under any circumstance). Delveries will be carried out by our personal delivery team and this will be carried out within 15 working days of receipt of payment, but we will aim to get it sent out ASAP.

  • We aim to ship small items within 3 (Three) business day from the time you place your order with us. Even if you request it from us, we cannot guarantee that it can be shipped faster. On most circumstances, postage will be quicker than stated but this is not certain. Most items are sent using Hermes (1kg or under £22.49 in value), DPD (Anything 1-10kg and above 22.49) or Parcelforce  (Anything above 10kg or a large package such as a TV) services and delivery is to mainland UK only. Please contact us for delivery costs to Northern Ireland & Highland Post codes. Please note that TV's will absolutely not be sent to Highland Post codes as Parcelforce does not support those postcodes.

  • Postage costs are always combined wherever possible & all items are always packed so they are suitably protected in transit.

  • It is necessary that you provide us on checkout with the exact delivery address you wish to receive your order at including a contact telephone number. Failure to do this could result in a delayed delivery of your order or possible return to our warehouse. Once your order is shipped we are unable to change the delivery address you have provided, the only way we can then update your address is to cancel the order and have you redo the order.

  • If you think there might be a problem with delivery, or your purchase, please let us know immediately, so we can help you resolve this. Just get in touch via eBay or alternative means and one our friendly, dedicated team will be happy to assist.

Payment

  • Payment should be made via Paypal within 48 hours. Failure to pay within this time will automatically generate a non-payment case after this time. 

  • If no payment has been received within 7 days the sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed. 

  • Cash on collection is accepted by arrangement for larger items. Payment via Paypal for collected items must be cleared prior to pick up.

Q. What taxes are included?
A. We charge UK VAT at 20%. This is included in all prices.

Q. What does "NEW OTHER" mean?
A. New Other" means the product is new and unused, with absolutely no signs of wear. Products listed as New Other may have sealed boxes that simply have damage to the outer box, such as tears, dents, compression damage or signs of wear/ageing. The product within the box will be unused, new and pristine. Some New Other products may have been opened simply for inspection and so are no longer sealed and/or may have damage to the outer box, such as tears, dents, compression damage or signs of wear/ageing.The product within the box will be unused, new and pristine. In some cases the items may have been repackaged in plain unbranded boxes. We generally brand all items as such for the avoidance of doubt.

Q. What are your postage times?
A. We aim to send out the item within 3-5 Working days. The delivery speed will then depend on the courier used. Hermes is approximately 3 working days, DPD is 2 working days and Parcelforce are 2 working days also. 

Terms

All items are genuine & in full working order (unless specified in the listing), hence we're more than happy to give a full refund if any item is shown to be otherwise.
We take time and attention to describe the product you are receiving. Please make sure that you have read and understood the listing thoroughly as we are not responsible for providing accessories, software or documentation that are not stated as being included.

To qualify for a refund the product must be:
- in the same condition as supplied to you
- complete with any accessories and any other items offered alongside it
- if already included, the original box and packaging

The warranty stated on the listing does not cover faulty products, nor issues caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If a product is returned as faulty but found not to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of accident, neglect or misuse, no costs will be refunded.
Serial numbers of all parts and products will be verified against the returned item/s. If the serial number/s of the returned item/s are found not to correspond with the original serial number/s, no costs will be refunded.
Any form of investigation, intervention or repair undertaken on your purchase by any party other than ourselves will result in the invalidation of the applicable product warranty, and a return will not be accepted and no costs will be refunded.
All warranties are non-transferable.

Returns

  • All items come with a consumer warehouse 30 day return to base warranty as standard.

  • Any item developing a fault within the first 30 days will be replaced by consumer warehouse with a direct replacement or item of similar specification as agreed by the customer.  In the event of a replacement not being available then a full refund will be issued  (including outgoing shipping cost).

  • For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with your eBay item number & user name. Failure to include this information will cause a delay in the resolution of any returns.

  • Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Responsibility for the successful return of an item lies solely in the returnees hands.

  • Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted without prior arrangement

  • Short-shipments, dead on arrival (DOA) and incorrect products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.Where a suitable replacement product is available, the item will be shipped using Parcelforce Express Exchange service, which enables the customer to receive a new product in exchange for a damaged or faulty item - in a single transaction.

  • A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.

  • Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • For items purchased in error the following applies: Items must be returned in the same condition as received within 30 days of receipt. A refund for the item only will be issued (postage costs will not be refunded). This is in line with the DSR - Distant Selling Regulation.
