Returns & Processing Time for Refunds:

I will happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt of product(s) for a full refund,

as long as the product(s) is in the same condition, as when it was delivered to you.  

Prior to returning an item, please send us a message with detailed information, regarding your concerns/issue(s).  

IMPORTANT -  

• New products that have been opened, will not be accepted for refund/return. 
• Pre-Owned products can be returned if they arrive damaged or defective, as long as we are contacted within the 30 day time frame.  
• If I do not hear from you within 30 days, the return will not be accepted. 
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
