US Philippines 1929 silver 20 centavos with M mint mark. It was minted at the Manila mint. It weighs 4.00 grams, has 0.750 fineness, and contains 0.0965 oz of silver. Obverse has the familiar female standing beside hammer and anvil, reverse has eagle with wings open above shield with stripes. Edge is reeded. 

This coin is in nice condition. I would grade it XF.
