Set Condition
The LEGO set is NEW and Factory Sealed, never opened. Please consider the box might have some small imperfections because of shelving storage, but rest assured that we always do our best to send items in the best condition we can and with the necessary protection to arrive in the same good condition. If in doubt, look at our reviews!
Shipping and Return Policies
- We protect the set with sturdy corrugated box and all necessary cushion protections to avoid and mitigate possible damage during shipping.
- The shipment will be insured by the shipping, coverage may vary depending on the carrier.
- For insurance and/or return purposes the Buyer must inspect the package before opening any outward packaging. If there is any apparent outward damage, the Buyer must contact the Seller before opening.
- Damaged package claims made from the Buyer to the Seller must be accompanied by evidence of damage, such as photographs, video doorbell technology or similar within 48 hours of delivery.
- Any abuse of the Return Policy will be considered Fraud, evidence will be gathered and will be reported immediately to both, eBay and Local Authorities.
