This 1975 Ford Bronco was finished in late 2023. All parts are new, with many being modified. Work included installing a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 Gen 3 crate engine, a Kincer Engineering ChassisFreeway Series, new Rust Belt Broncos steel bodywork, and Velocity Restorationsinterior in black with cross-stitched upholstery—a 10R80 ten-speed automatic transmission with a custom Lokar floor-mounted shifter.  Atlas dual-range twin-stick transfer case with a limited-slip rear differential. Additional equipment includes a combined suspension and body lift, a Toms Offroad 4-point cage, James Duff heavy-duty bumpers modified to fit the body better, Vintage Air climate control, Speedhutgauges, an Alpine touchscreen infotainment system, eight Bilstein shocks, 17” Fuel Vapor wheels with BF Goodrich 33”x12.5 R17LT, and Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes with a hydraulic booster. All lighting inside and out are LEDs. This modified Bronco is offered with a clean Michigan title.


Steel bodywork from Rust Belt Broncos with fender flares and steel fender extensions to eliminate the sharp edges and potential of trapped dirt and debris.  

 

Finished in Azko Noble Inferno Red Paint with four coats of base and 5 coats of clear, then sanded to a mirror finish, with RaptorLiner coating on the underside and wheel wells painted and clear coated to match body color. The truck has a black hard top, lightly textured inside and out, lightly textured bumpers, and Research power-operated side steps. Additional details include a black grille, dual mirrors, door hinges, and Bronco badging.


Fuel Vapor 17″ alloy wheels wear 33x12.5R17LTBF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. Stopping power is provided by Wilwoodfour-wheel disc brakes with a hydraulic booster, 13” drilled and slotted rotors, andbraided hoses. An E-Stopp electric parking brake is provided to eliminate thepedal in the drivers footwell. The replacement Kincer Engineering chassis with 2”x 4”x .188” wall thickness, CNC Mandrel Bent has been powdercoated black, and equipment includes an integrated 2″ body lift, a 1-1/2suspension lift, front and rearfour-link suspension setups painted Inferno Red to match body, upgrade to longtravel shock mount, front stamped axle housing, Including inner Cs, suspensionmounts, inner shafts, inner axle shaft seals, and modular trac bar riser, Rearstamped axle housing, including suspension mounts and big bearing cups, coilsprings front and rear with upper and lower retainers, extended front radiusarms with integrated caster adjustment, rear 4-link bars with shock mounts onlowers, adjustable trac bar,  sway barsfront and rear, Bilstein shocks front and rear, Borgerson four-turn steeringbox, and Warn manually locking front hubs. An entire front and rear 4-link chassis alignment was recently completed.

The cabin houses bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in Velocity Restorations diamond-stitched black upholstery that extends to the door panels, dash pad, and rear trim. A Kwik Wire wiring harness was installed along with Vintage Air climate control, an Alpine touchscreen infotainment system, power windows, a twin-stick transfer-case shifter, a TuffySeries II Security center console, front shoulder belts, and rear lap belts, and Toms Offroad cage.


The steering wheel is mounted on a FlamingRiver tilt-adjustable steering column. Speedhut instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, temperature, voltage, and oil pressure. The digital odometer shows less than 10 miles; this is the total mileage on this new build.


The power is provided by a new 2018 Gen 3Ford 5.0L Coyote Mustang Crate Engine with 460 horsepower and 420 ft.-lb.+ of torque, 12.0:1 Compression ratio, DOHC, four valves per cylinder, variable intake and exhaust camshaft timing, hypereutectic aluminum pistons, Sintered steel connecting rods as used on the Boss 302 Mustang, Forged steel crankshaft; Aluminum block features plasma transferred wire arc spray weld line coating, Longer 12mm head bolts for higher clamp load, 10qt capacity composite oil pan, Tuned composite intake manifold provides efficient air delivery and weight savings, 80 mm single bore "drive by wire" throttle body with variable runner control’ High Flow aluminum cylinder heads. Additional equipment includes a Ford Performance ECU, an aluminum radiator, custom stainless steel Krawlers Edge exhaust headers, and a 2.5″ stainless steel exhaust system with a Flowmaster muffler.


The new 10R80 ten-speed automatic transmission was installed in 2023 coupled to an Atlas dual-range transfer case, stamped Front 9-44 hybrid axle assembly, custom width housing for early Bronco, all new 9" stampedcenter section, 3” axle tubes with Dana 44 outers, nodular 9" casew/Daytona pinion support and gear ratio/carrier, Chromoly 31-spline inner axle shafts,chromoly outer axle shafts, Spicer 760-X U-Joints, Warn premium lock-outs, 4.11gear ratio for use with 33" tires.
