I was Told that the Belt Buckle was given to the Veterinarian that Achived the Most Outstanding Work In 1982's I.P.V.S. Congress. The name plate is engraved. I covered the name for the photos for privacy reasons. You can keep the name on it, remove it, or rename it. The Leather Belt is 41" Long. There are 7 Holes which Range From Waist Size 33" to 41".
