Description

Plans for Scoot -  a 15' shell-type Racing Iceboat. Designed by Bill Harless, noted racing champion the Scoot was renowned for its high speed and maneuverability. Speeds up to 80mph with as many as four passengers. Able to cross even partially frozen water, this craft was originally used in lifesaving work in the Great South Bay.
