In good condition overall but did note a slight bow to the boards plus faint specks and scuffs visible in reflected light to the dust cover.   Also found a coffee stain on back corner plus small nicks and scrapes on the front board as pointed out.  No other issues - pages clean and tight with NO marks, highlighting, smudges, stains, tears, creases, dog ears, mold nor water damage.
