Absolutely beautiful looking circa 1939/1940 Fada model F-55 in ivory plaskon  radio receiver.
by the FADA Radio & Electric Co.
The example for sale is a beautiful working radio with the original knobs and deco dial.
The condition is stunning with only one tight hairline on the top rear as seen in the photos.
The dial is bright and in great condition with no cracks, chips or flaking paint. This set retains it original back.
The chassis is clean with no rust. The radio has a good power cord and does light up nice and plays well for a radio from 1939.  Set is being sold as a unrestored vintage electronic device that should be gone over by a qualified technician.  Please see the video showing the test.  The radio is sold as a rare piece of history as is. If my video on ebay does not show, go to Radiozone facebook page:

The radio looks and displays absolutely amazing.
The pilot light glows with a brillant illumination exceeding the dial into the plaskon bakelite.
Turn down the lights and watch the radio.
Check out the video.
All in all ~ this would be a very nice addition to any collection.
