Dress came in the Ready 4 Summer doll gift set that was a Target Exclusive. White with a pattern of blue flowers. Blue ribbon. Ruffle hem. Closes in the back with velcro. These dolls were smaller than Barbie - 10 inches - so this dress fits modern Skipper dolls (see photos).
