CANADA #2948 NHL SIDNEY CROSBY ON SUPERB HOCKEY CARD STAMP ON FIRST DAY COVER
2016 marked the 4th year of a 5 year series honouring Canadian NHL hockey heroes. This series honours 6 famous forwards, past and present: Phil Esposito, Boston Bruins - Sidney Crosby, Pittsburgh Penguins - Guy Lafleur, Montreal Canadians - Darryl Sittler, Toronto Maple Leafs - Steve Yzerman, Detroit Red Wings - and Mark Messier, Edmonton Oilers. One part of this vast series is a set of 6 hockey card/stamps, one for each player and denominated at $1.80 each. This hockey card/stamp honouring - SIDNEY CROSBY - is affixed to the envelope and is officially cancelled by Canada Post on the first day of issue with the appropriate - PITTSBURGH PENGUINS - logo cancel. Canada Post itself DID NOT produce a First Day Cover (FDC) for this stamp, nor are we aware of anyone else who did. WWS did, and only in a limited issue of 10 covers, all numbered. Only 10 serious hockey collectors will be able to add this cover to their hockey memorabilia collection. The cachet image reproduces the back of the hockeycard/stamp indicating the personal statistics of the player. 2. Postage rates are subject to change by Canada post.
3. Payment can be made by AMEX, VISA and MasterCard credit cards. US$ will be converted into CDN$ at the rate of exchange published by XE Currency Exchange at time of payment, however, you will be billed by your credit card company in the currency of your country. Please note: Small differences may occur on your credit card bill due to fluctuating exchange rates. Please also take into consideration that ALL credit card companies charge an administrative fee of 1.5 to 3% on all purchases made outside of buyer's country of residence. We have no control over the above exchange rates or fees; if you wish to avoid them, please use another method of payment.
4. We accept payment via PayPal only.
5. We ship exclusively via Canada Post airmail, small packet, or expedited mail - recommended for shipments valued at over $50. This insurance cost varies on weight and size of package, as well as total value and destination. We try not to ship via registered mail, as the cost is too high and the indemnity too low. We will ship by other means if requested by buyer and if possible, or if circumstances warrant, specifically overseas. In any event, please check with us for insurance costs if required.
6. PLEASE NOTE: We are located in Montreal, Canada, and ship worldwide. Shipping complexities vary from province to province in Canada, from state to state in the USA and from country to country worldwide; please check with seller to be sure of appropriate postage and terms.
7. If you're not sure of any shipping or payment conditions noted, please check with seller PRIOR to payment to avoid unnecessary chargebacks, returns, etc. In any event, we strongly urge all buyers to check with seller BEFORE paying for purchases, especially when buying multiple items, as we can save you postage costs which may not always be noted in our terms or description.
8. ATTENTION - for all shipments sent outside of Canada: All customs duties, taxes or other fees imposed by your country's customs offices, are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We ship only with the correct customs declaration with the full amount of the invoiced merchandise sent, declared in Canadian dollars.

1. Minimum postage in Canada is $1.25 up to 50gr. Over that weight actual postage costs apply.
2. Canadian customers must pay 5% GST and/or QST/HST depending upon province on all purchases plus postage costs. There are no exceptions. If you don't like paying taxes, please do not bid on or purchase our products.
Shipments to USA only
1. Minimum postage to USA is $1.50 up to 50gr. Over that weight actual postage costs apply.
2. We are not authorized and we charge NO TAXES to US buyers. eBay charges taxes in some US states; these taxes are charged, collected and paid by eBay, and do not appear on our invoices at all.
International Shipments (other than USA) only
1. Minimum postage internationally is $3.00 up to 50gr. Over that weight actual postage costs apply.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt by buyer for full refund; ITEM MUST BE RETURNED in original glassine envelope or packaging in which item was sent. In all cases, please inform seller before returning an item; it is possible we can avoid a return, saving everyone money. In the event that the buyer made a mistake in the item, buyer will pay all postage costs involved in returning item to seller.
