• Information about payment:

You can pay with us in advance/bank transfer or Paypal.
When making the transfer, be sure to state the item number and your name as the intended purpose.
After the auction you will receive an email with Allen the necessary data.

Please pay attention, the faster you transfer, the sooner you will have your part at home!

When making transfers from abroad, please note that as a customer you will be responsible for all bank fees, so that we will be charged the full purchase price incl. Shipping costs will be credited.
There are usually no longer any fees for euro transfers within the EU.

• Delivery time:

We ship twice a week, which means that even if the item is marked as shipped, it may not be posted until a day or two later. We send parcels with Hermes. The delivery time can be up to 7 working days. If there is a weekend or public holiday in between, the term will be extended accordingly.
Some items are shipped from our warehouse in Austria. Here too it may take a little longer! Please be patient!

• Have you paid but not yet received the goods?

If you have not received any goods 10 days after the transfer, please check your payment to us again.
Please check to see if a chargeback has occurred. This happens if, for example, a number in the account number was incorrect.
If this is not the case, please send us an email with details of your name, total amount, day of transfer and account holder and we will try to clarify immediately.
Sometimes it can also happen that the package is in the delivery person's warehouse or is sent back because the parcel service has not found you.
In the latter case, we unfortunately have to charge you additional shipping costs. So please make sure that the parcel service meets someone. We can track all insured shipments using the package number. The free shipping we offer is always without insurance.
