This is in excellent condition, with slight frayed lower left corner - see all photos. My dad was in the advertising & sports business, so he collected lots of first editions of items.
This magazine does not smell - it has been boxed up with hundreds of other important magazines probably since the day he bought it! No writing on it, normal wear on the intact spine.
The baseball cards fold out page is intact, as are two subscription tear out mailers. Please view all photos as they best give the description of this magazines condition. In my opinion, this is in 'A' condition.
