This item includes FREE POSTAGE to any address within Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands), Please provide a mobile telephone number when placing your order as the courier will contact you to arrange delivery and text a time slot on the day of delivery.( You should normally receive a text 24-48 hours prior to delivery with a date and slot once it has been scheduled) If you are not going to be available at time of delivery please contact the courier directly to organise redelivery.    

We package our items very well and damages are extremely rare, however in the unfortunate event your item has been damaged it is fully insured and we would provide a rapid replacement. We do advise for items to be delivered a week or so before fitting is arranged just in case of any issues with doors or delays with delivery (again this is very rare but things can sometimes happen which are out of our control).

You must report any damaged items to us within 7 days of delivery to enable us to make a claim against the courier for damage in transit. Please keep all original packaging.     

Returns

Please contact us before returning any item so we can deal with your return as quickly as possible.    

Returns can only go ahead if the item is securely packaged in its original box with all packaging. Without this, damages cannot be claimed for and returns cannot be accepted.    

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged then we will replace it free of charge.    

However if your item is not exactly what you are looking for, then please return it to us within 14 days and we will process your refund once we have received it.

Delivery time scale

1) 1) Orders placed before 6pm will be dispatched that day to the warehouse for picking.

2) 2) The next working (excluding weekends & bank Holiday) is classed as day one for delivery time scale 

3) 3) You will receive a text/call from our courier company with a delivery date & a 2hr window delivery slot, you      can amend this if needed.

4) 4)  Text & calls will relate to RLF Trading this is our company
