The lid is decorated with two circles of roses, and in the centre it says "I love but you." The decoration continues on the side of the box. To the underside of the lid is a monochrome image hearts entwined and it says St. Valentine's Day 1982.
This comes in it's original red box, lined with velvet. It has a leaflet but no certificate.
The box measures approx. - diameter 1¾"(4.5cms) & height 1"(2.5cms)
It is fully backstamped and in excellent vintage condition. The enamel is free from any damage or wear. The metal mount is in excellent condition and still bright and shiny. The clasp snaps easily in place and remains tightly shut. The box is also excellent and shows little signs of it's age other than a small curl on one corner.
