Unusual Cottagecore Shell & Beadwork Pedestal Bowl. Hand Decorated Metal Dish.

The metal framework of the pedestal bowl appears to be made up of small open circles. Each circle has been infilled with one piece of shell, carefully pierced through the middle and suspended with tiny beads on copper wire. The foot of the bowl has been decorated with rows of tiny red beads. Just an unusual handmade decorative piece.
