Manufactured in Victoria Australia in 2017 by TYCO as part of it's "On Tour Tote Bag" line  it measures 14 inches across / 16 inches long. It has an inside pouch compartment on the inside top of the bag.

This rare tote bag represents the classic American Soundtrack Album cover of their hit movie "A Hard Days Night." It's colors are as seen Pink & Black. Unlike the EMI & Capitol Records Album covers this was the first album from the movie available in the US released by United Artists in 1964.
