This Contemporary Art Ceramic “Bell” Shaped Sculpture is signed (undecipherable) and dated 02. It was acquired in 2010 from the Philip Satore Collection of Contemporary Pottery. Highlights from the collection were displayed at the Richmond (Indiana) Art Museum around that time. Wonderfully done, the piece stands 7-7/8” tall and is approximately 3-1/2” wide at the bottom. Inspired by the shape of a bell, it has a matte dark brown/black bronze color glaze. It does not ring, and has no clapper. It displays nicely and commands attention wherever you place it, desk, cabinet, shelf, etc. A unique piece for your home and collection. See the pics.
