Beautiful unique artusan piece, nit sure what wood, possibly oak or teak but SUPER heavy!

Tons of character. Lots if chips, scratches and nicks etc but that is the beauty of it. The bowl itself is whole and solid and 100% usuable and the base and sides are solid and not breached
