V.W Beetle, for spares or repairs

This vehicle was in the process of being restored/converted in a special, the owner unfornately passed away, i am now trying to sell it on their behalf. The engine unit looks clean however i am unable to start it or check whether it turns over. The vehicle would be great as project either as a beach buggy or a covertible.There are parts etc inside the car.
