I am presently offering up a run of 1995 Bowman's Best Refractor singles, all are PSA graded and will be either 9's of 10's This is a super condition-sensitive bunch of cards - they were riddled with refractor lines and very poor centering, so finding gradable cards alone was not an easy feat. Now with the extreme cost of grading, getting new population of non stars is going to be non-existent as the economics just do not make sense.  Even when held in hand often times the refractor lines are difficult to discern. They are not typically as noticeable to the naked eye as with 1993 Finest for example. Also similar to 93 Finest I think the PSA 9 count in the 1995 Bowman's Best Refractor PSA Pop Report is likely to be inflated due to crack-out resubmits. I know for 1993 Finest I must have cracked 100+ PSA 9's over the years! Thanks for looking and feel free to reach out with any questions.
