Cosmetic Condition:

This Macbook Pro has been tested and is in good working condition. The cosmetic condition is fair: there are some dents to the casing including a dent in the top left corner of the display (see photo #7), and a few dents on the top cover (see photos #8 & #9). There are scratches and scuffs on the casing and other signs of moderate wear.

A fresh copy of OSX Catalina has been installed on the 256GB solid state drive. A NEW battery has been installed and an aftermarket charger (US connector) is included as well. 

Note: Due to this Mac's age, newer versions of the MacOS are not supported, we have installed the latest MacOS version that is supported on this device. This may lead to compatibility issues with some software, but for normal computing (internet browsing, watching videos, word/excel processing) this laptop is still perfectly compatible.

Shipping is free to addresses in the United States (ground). All items ship from the United States (Connecticut). Based on your shipping preference, products can be received in 2-7 business days. Your item will ship within 1 business day from payment.

Expedited shipping services are available for an extra charge based on your location. International shipping is quoted through the eBay Global Shipping Program. Please ensure that your address is correct before finishing checkout, address changes cannot be made after an order has been placed. Drop-shipping is allowed as long as the end buyer's address is provided properly during checkout, we can omit packing lists or other branding upon request.

Returns:

Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. We recommend that you contact us if you have any problems, frequently we can provide troubleshooting advice to resolve any issues much faster than a return or replacement.
