an item in the same condition as it was received.

process as the USPS states. This situation rarely happens but both parties must
participate in order to get the a refund. You will have to provide
photos of broken item, packaging and shipping materials. If buyer does
not assist in this process, we will not be able to collect from USPS and
therefore we will not be able to issue you a refund.
