VINTAGE Emerson Cassette & 8 Track Stereo System Model MM866 W/One Speaker.

PLEASE READ:

System does power on, AM & FM Works, Cassette player DOES WORK, but makes a buzzing sound when playing a tape (can hear it thru the speaker), also makes a squealing sound when rewinding or fast forwarding. 8-Track Player will change programs, but will NOT play the tape. Speaker does work, but has a crackling sound when moving the wires around, wires were spliced together at one time. All buttons and knobs do work as they should.

Stereo and Speaker both do show signs of age/wear. From my late uncles estate, so cassette player and 8-Track player may just need a good cleaning.
