This auction has a NO RETURN, NO REFUND policy.  (Returns accepted only if crystal not-as-described)  Swarovski figurines are tagged with a temporary / removable colored marking.  Item can only be returned if the original colored seller mark is still present on the figurine.  Buyer must contact us via eBay message system within 48 hours of delivery so that we can address any customer satisfaction issues / concerns about the figurine

 

No Warranty
We will do our best to describe the auction item(s).  Remember that crystal figurines are hand assembled and  that slight variations may occur for this reason. Swarovski adhesives may become discolored over time...this is not unusual. Crystal bubbles, adhesive bubbles, adhesive discoloration, or ability to see bubbles or Swarovski adhesives does NOT make a Swarovski figurine defective.

 

Completing the Transaction
