It reminds me a bit of a doctors bag with the carrying handle at the top. Nice brass hardware with the turn lock at the front having some wear to the metal surface. There are some surface scratches, and some wear to the corners which is expected for an item of this age. it measures 11 inches across 10 inches tall 3 inches across the bottom has a 23 inch hang on the strap which is also adjustable and removable.
