Quick and effective at removing of all types of wallpaper and Artex. It has a 4 litre tank has a 2KW heating element providing up to 70 minutes of steam time from one fill. When the water has boiled, the steam passes through a hose and comes out the steam plate. The steam plate is translucent to proving better visibility over the area being stripped. The steam plate is held against the wall and the steam  soaks the paper and partially dissolves old wallpaper paste releasing the old paper from the wall or ceiling quickly and easily. Only requires water.
