VINTAGE Penney's Black Rain Boots for High Heels, Size M/S  - Preowned. These boots are in good condition. I washed them with soap and water but there is still evidence that they were worn in mud as you can see in the photos. There are no tags indicating size. I have size 7 feet and tried them on with thick socks. There was still a bit more room so they might be a size 7, but there are no tags.
