Sony RCD-W500C 5 CD Changer and Recorder ( No Remote ) 

Tested by playing back cd's in all positions on the 5 cd disc changer and then on the record/play portion as well.

Seems to be in working condition. There are some scratches on top and a very small bit of wear/rust on bottom.
