Herve Leger Ivory Bandage Dress W/ Ruffle Detail - Small- BNWT This unique dress is in excellent condition. There is a stain on the top portion of the dress near neck, please check my pictures as I have tried to capture all the details of the dress. The dress has cutouts from the neck to the bust, front and back and around the hem line there is the same detail. There is a center back zipper that is 22". There is a ruffle detail all over the dress.
