Original Soviet flap holster that could fit either Tokarev TT-33 pistols or Nagant M1895 revolvers. This multi-purpose type of holsters was designed in the beginning of 1930s, when the Soviet Army had already adopted new Tokarev TT-33 but still was using Nagant M1895s as well. The holster constructed in a way that perfectly fits both. Marked and dated.

The holster is made from strong and waterpfoof multi-layer textile fabric (kirza) so it keeps pistol clean and dry. The pocket could be used for one Tokarev TT-33 spare magazine or for about 14 rounds of loose ammunition - two reloads for the Nagant M1895 revolver. The holster comes with blued steel cleaning rod and an early type lanyard belt. Well made early design, manufactured and used during the 1930-40s.
