This Titan Ridge PCIe card has been firmware-flashed to work in macOS. It is brand new, but modified to provide Thunderbolt 3 / USB 3.2 Gen 2 connectivity in macOS installed in the original (Cheesegrater) Mac Pro tower.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Your Mac Pro MUST be running OpenCore for the Titan Ridge card to be recognised by the system!
In the Mac Pro the Titan Ridge card MUST be installed in PCIe Slot 4 in order to work.
This card has been modified by firmware-flashing to work in macOS, and has also had power input pins 3 and 5 already jumpered in order to take power from teh PCIe slot. Unmodified Titan Ridge cards will ONLY work in a PC running Windows, not in macOS.
This product is intended for installation in genuine Apple Mac Pro towers. If you are installing in a Hackintosh, you MUST satisfy yourself, BEFORE purchase, that this card will work in your system. I cannot be held responsible for installation in non-genuine Apple Mac Pro systems.
