This is for a pre-owned NASCAR, #18 Interstate Batteries, 'Bobby Labonte' Desktop Tach Dashboard Clock, Works. This Desktop Quartz clock works and is in excellent condition. The rubber band around the back of the clock has some slight surface cracks from age, but still holds the clock in place.
