1. Worldwide shipping is via the Global Shipping Program only, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please don’t ask us for an alternative as there isn’t one. Questions of this nature will go unanswered.

2. If buying multiple items please add them all to your basket at the same time and checkout and GSP will calculate the combined shipping amount. This will increase with each item as import duty is charged in advance on each item. We DO NOT receive ANY of this and we have no control over it. We cannot provide combined invoices or refunds (including partial) on postage for items going outside the UK as it’s all dealt with by the GSP. We cannot make the shipping cost any less as we don’t get any of it. We can’t reduce £0.00!

3. Import VAT at 20% is payable in advance as part of the global shipping program fee, that is why it can seem very high. The flip side of this is there’s no nasty surprises. All duties and fees are included.

4. If no shipping option is displayed for you then sadly that means GSP will not deliver this item to your country and therefore sadly it won’t be possible for you to purchase it.
