Shipping
We typically use Royal Mail for items deliverable through a letterbox, Evri and Yodel for parcels up to 15 kg and Parcel Force for larger items. There is also a possibility that for fragile or higher cost items that we may be able to arrange a courier at a reasonable extra cost. However please contact us before payment if you'd like an alternative as we cannot invoice for any extra cost after payment has been received.
We currently only post to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Collection
Whilst we do offer delivery on items where stated, these are also available for collection so please contact us to arrange a suitable time if required.
Please note that we cannot give out our address unless an item has been paid for or is awaiting payment. We will not respond to messages that ask for our address on an active item.
Please note that anything which is listed on eBay must be paid for in eBay prior to collection as we do not have the facility to put it through the tills.
Returns
We are more than happy for items to be returned at our cost where there are issues, so please contact us and we will happily resolve these for you. If you wish to return items without issues this will be at your cost. However please bear in mind that to handle these return requests takes the charity extra time and effort. We would prefer to limit these if at all possible - but we realise that there will be situations where this can't be avoided.

We are normally available between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday, so please be patient if you contact us outside of that time.
