Karen Millen real leather belt, great condition.

The belt at full length is 88cm (34-35inches) when unbuckled and laid flat. When on its smallest setting it is about 30cm in diameter (when space is left for the waist) and 35cm when on the largest setting. It says '10' on the inside of the belt itself. I'm an 8 personally and this fits me well (I just never wear any belt anymore).
