Payment

Listings that are still waiting on payment after 7 days are set to automatically open an unpaid item case via the resolution centre. Message me if you are having any issues and we can work something out.
 

30 day refund policy!  
• Items must be kept in original condition that they were purchased in. New/sealed items that have been opened will not be accepted.
• The Buyer is responsible for postage costs to return item unless item is faulty. Please use tracking as buyer is responsible for any loss/damage during transport.
• Items returned due to change of mind have a 20% restocking fee.


 Domestic Shipping
Orders are usually processed the following business day from receiving payment.
We have found delivery within Australia usually only takes about 3-5 days, but it can take up to 6 business days with Aus Post. This changes to 14 business days around the November-December silly season. Please consider express if you need it by a certain date.

Domestic Upgrades:

• +$8 for Parcel Lockers (Aus Post requires items are send as parcels with tracking)


International Standard: orders usually take 1-4 weeks (2-6 weeks in Nov-Dec). Only for orders below $30. No tracking. Discounted rates for multiple items. Not Available to all countries
