A vintage paperback copy of Headhunter (with its disturbing cover in all its glory) by Michael Slade. Printed in 1986 by Onyx Books.

Some shelf wear visible to the front/back covers and spine. A few rounded corners and a dent in the spine (with some associated wrinkling) are apparent. The spine appears uncracked, though. See photos for full details.

Bindings are tight, though the book does have a slight wave in it (though that could be corrected with some weight or a tight shelf). See photos for details.

There’s also an old strip of masking tape with a hand-written price on the first page. This has not been removed as a) I think it adds to the history of this particular copy and b) I didn’t want to accidentally rip the page.
