Features
The Dell OptiPlex range are the ideal choice for business and home office use. The compact Small Form Factor model allows the unit to fit easily into most working environments.
These units have been pre imaged with Windows 11 Pro and licensed via the digital Windows 10 COA in the BIOS, making them Plug & Play ready to use.
A PCIe M.2 'Flash' SSD is installed but this motherboard can also accommodate an 2.5" SSD and the caddy is present. It comes with 8GB RAM but can support up to 32GB. We recommend that if you plan to upgrade the unit, that you research options and compatibility yourself as we can not offer any further advise on this. Any upgrades should be conducted by a qualified engineer as removal of the side panel invalidates warranty.

What does the PC come with? - It comes with a genuine Dell PSU/Power Brick and 3 pin plug to connect to the mains
What connections does it have - The photos show the ports on one of the machines in stock, you will receive an identical machine with those ports
Does it have WiFi - No - As per the photographs there is no aerial on the rear to indicate it has WiFi or Bluetooth. You will need to use either an ethernet lead from the RJ45 on the back of the PC direct to your Hub or Install a USB WiFi Dongle. If you require onboard WiFi or Bluetooth you will need to install an internal card. Alternatively we also sell a WiFi model in our eBay shop.
What Storage Options are there? - We have installed an M.2 SSD on the main board and the operating system is on that SSD. The board also takes 2.5" SSD/HDD and the caddy is present, but the SSD/HDD is not supplied.

We accept secure payment from all major credit and debit card providers via eBay.
We do not accept payment via bank transfer.
Please note for security reasons we only ship to your registered address and we do not take card payments over the phone.
Price includes VAT
It is a legal requirement when charging VAT to provide an invoice, one will be included in your parcel. The invoice will contain the details on your eBay account, we can not amend this. There is no need to email/note asking for an invoice. In exceptional circumstances we can provide another copy but due to eBay archiving process we can only provide historical invoices for orders within the past 28 days.
Shipping
Shipping our items is very important to us, we use lots of packing to ensure your item gets to you safely. To reduce our carbon footprint we try to reuse packaging or source recycled and eco-friendly products as much as possible.
As standard we use a next business day or 48 hour signed for Parcelforce service that are insured for loss or damage, all items are tracked from the moment they leave us to the moment they arrive with you.
Small items are dispatched via Royal Mail postal service.
Large items will be shipped via PalletForce on a 48 hour service.
Collection may be available on some of our items, if you are interested in collecting, please get in touch with us prior to purchase.
Returns
All of our items come with a standard 30 day RTB warranty unless stated otherwise. We understand there is nothing worse than an item arriving damaged or faulty, simply get in touch with us by phone or eBay message centre and we will resolve any issues you may have.
Please note we do not guarantee batteries, whether internal or external as these are consumable items with a lifespan. Laptop batteries will be tested to hold charge only and no further details can be provided.
If the product has been altered in any way from its original sold condition e.g. tamper seals broken, side/base panels removed, upgrades attempted or any components removed, warranty is invalidated and returns can not be accepted.
Please note that the return of brand new items maybe subject to a restocking fee if the original packaging/seals have been compromised/broken.

All items are shipped as standard on a 48hr or Second Class Service - With estimated delivery times. We offer upgraded shipping on some items, which offers a 24hr delivery at an additional charge, however please be aware selecting expedited shipping will not also expedite dispatch times. We do not offer a same or next day dispatch or a next day guaranteed delivery.
If you require an item before the estimated delivery time shown, please get in touch BEFORE you order so we can advise if this is possible. Please do not order and then request a service not offered, doing so may result in order cancellation.
Dispatch and shipping is automated - Please do not send email chasing dispatch as all items will be dispatched as per the schedule automatically and tracking updated.

Shipping times are an estimate, not a guarantee as they are 100% delivery partner dependant.
After two failed attempts of delivery, our delivery partner will either return your item to us or secure it in their depot for you to collect in person. All deliveries are GPS tracked and photographed.
