This is a vintage 1997 Parker Brothers board game titled "Puppy Racers - The Run and Fetch It Game". It's a fun game for 2 or more players, with a theme centered around cute animals. The game is appropriate for children aged 3-6 years, and it can be enjoyed by both boys and girls.  The game is complete and works great. The box is in pretty rough shape and has been taped at the bottom, but it still holds the game just fine. I'm not sure if it came with instructions, but it is a very straightforward game.
