A Surreal 'Jurassic' scene - playful pen and ink drawing/painting

Signed and dated by artist in ink bottom right - I've tried extensively to find the artist; possibly from USA? Possibly 'Gosling?

Scene:
What appears to be a crafted surreal scene drawn with inks of a
suspended room reminiscent of a fantasy surreal 'Jurassic' landscape, jungle and mountains. Strange yet almost recognisable creatures and plants inhabit this.
Condition:
V Good, no tears, stains or foxing to the off-white paper.
The paper's got crinkled here and there over time, see images, but not affecting the front within the frame.
Mainly black ink, hints of browns, clear and sharp.
Wooden frame V Good also, has mottled red on the light oak-effect and likewise on a gold-coloured inner band - artistic-looking.

The drawing is on approx A4 size paper.
