I'm the original owner.  Works great.  Stopped using it because I upgraded phones.  Clear case, original LG travel adapter, and manual included.  Micro SD Memory Port can support 16 GB micro SD card (not included).  I honestly don't remember if I ever got it unlocked or not, and the websites for checking aren't recognizing the number.  Virgin Mobile operated using Sprint's network, but with them ceasing operations, I don't know if this could be used on Sprint now or not.  You would have to do some research.  Please ask any questions you might have.
