The CD and booklet are is in LIKE NEW condition. This is was SIGNED by the ENTIRE BAND! This was NEVER played; outside of the cover being signed it has NEVER been opened nor handled, yet somehow I managed to crack the inner CD gate of the dual CD holder. Therefore, when the CD gate holding the disks swings open, it will dislodge (only found this out now when getting pics for eBay). I did not want to replace the jewel case as it is the original jewel case that contains the hyper sticker. This minor flaw DOES not take away from the like brand new aspect of both the CD and the booklet itself. 

This is a SIGNED copy by THE ENTIRE BAND; they signed BOTH the front cover and both the CDs themselves (pictured); so this contains 3 signed parts of this item; the front cover + both the CDs. This was signed by them band themselves on their 2010-2011 Australian tour. This was signed using a gold metallic paint marker. It does include a personal name on the front so if you can get over that you have got yourself a brilliant addition to the collection. This is definitely one for the avid fan or collector as this is also the LIMITED EDITION 2-CD edition; this was limited to 15,000 copies worldwide.

Postage:

I have a full time job and do eBay casually so please be patient, the item will be posted as soon as I possibly can and I will make this a priority. Prices are determined by Australia Post, not us. In Australia, you can get this sent as a large letter, cheaper postage rate, BUT, it does NOT have tracking. So if this is lost or stolen, then it is all on you and there's nothing that can be done. As long as you are happy with this, then all good on our side, otherwise select $10.60 for postage and this will be sent out with tracking. 

I cannot take responsibility for postage damage or postage loss, you will have to take that up with Australia post, I will however do all I can to assist if I can should that should happen.

Pickups:

So sorry, I do not offer pickup on any items so please don't ask.

As I am a Private Seller not a Shop or a Retailer, there are no returns, No Refunds and No Warranty on these items; they are sold as is - unless item is not as described.

I do not refund because you buy a second hand item and expect a new one

I do not refund because you do not know how to use or operate this item

I do not pay return postage if I accept an item back unless I authorise it

All returns / refunds will be on a case by case basis
