Sculpted celluloid handle with enameled flowers and gold gilt

Detail is amazing

Measures 12 3/4" across x 10 1/8" tall

Condition:

Current in a shadowbox frame

fan is only mounted with 3 thread stitches (no glue or tape) so 

it can be removed without damage.

There is minor wear and a little loss to the parchment
