This is what I would call a Beautiful Handmade Folk Art, Wood and Metal, handheld Harp. The Harp has Shaped, Hand Painted, Handcrafted Wood & Metal to form a working Musical Harp. Very Cool Folk Art item similar to Hobo Art. I pushed on the bars and it definitely makes musical tunes.
