VINTAGE TEXAS INSTRUMENTS TI-1700 DATACLIP CALCULATOR “WORKING”

This calculator does function. Every button works. The display is fading and is barely legible the more numbers you type in, if you turn it at an angle, it’s slightly more visible. I believe the elastomeric connector that connects the display to the board has shriveled overtime or is simply detaching and needs to be replaced for full display.
