What you are looking at here is a fully refurbished 50" Casablanca Panama Advan-Touch 6 speed ceiling fan in the rare Navijo White finish. This particular unit was manufactured on June 9, 2005.  Like most items I list, this model has been fully refurbished to like new condition.

    

     This fan features Casablanca's robust XLP-2000 motor that's paired with a rubber noise canceling self balancing flywheel. To bring this motor back to new condition,  I disassemble all parts that make up the exterior of the motor including the motor itself. The original bearings were quite worn so they've been replaced with a new set. After cleaning any dirt and debris that's accumulated over the years, its time to re-assemble the motor and install the flywheel. Once all the motor components have been polished I reassemble and install the fan for testing. I then confirme that the fan runs silently, wobble free, and otherwise operates good as new (or better)

    

     Overall condition is good excellent. The blades are basically perfect. There are a few minor imperfections here and there on the finish of the fan. The Advan-Touch remote is bright white and not tacky which is a common issue with them.

NOTE: this fan does come with a 24" matching downrod. If you need it shortened for lower ceilings I will need to know at the time of purchase.
