Extremely rare find. It is a hand wind up musical lidded Bon Bon Sweets Lollies Chocolate Biscuit BIRD CAGE blue glass jar. It is a soft blue glass. The bird cage is a gold metal with a layer of real gold gilt. It has. Close fitting lid.

I think it plays Swan Lake? As found by me at a local country auction here in the Wimmera desert. One previous caring lady owner.

It is in excellent original condition with no chips or damages. All I can see is the metal lid is showing some patina from years of use. The musical mechanism is in perfect working order.

The new owner will be thrilled as it really is a unique FUN piece. When you open the lid the music plays and anyone in hearing distance knows you're taking a Sweet.
