Please see pictures for wear as shown, some scratches on the front as shown. This has been tested with a Jay Turser JT-220. I'm not sure if that is of any significance.

Please note - I have noticed during testing that when you turn the Reverb knob (farthest right), there is a static noise that increases when you move the knob. It's sort of like a buzzing. This is demonstrated in the video of the listing, around the 40 second mark. I do not know what this means, as I am not a professional.  It does not appear that the amp has ever been serviced, so it may require some servicing for this issue. The rest of the knobs seem to be working just fine, it is just the Reverb knob that is having this buzzing. I tested it multiple times, but the reverb only worked clearly a couple of times; it seems like it goes in and out. I am not really sure what this issue could be. 

Everything seems original. This has the original Jensen speaker and wiring. This is in great condition for its age and was clearly well taken care of. There is even an envelope in the back of the case with the original extra fuses for the amp. Please see the video for how it sounds. This comes from a smoke-free home and does not have any offensive odors.
