For body parts (doors, bumpers, fenders, tailgates, etc.) you must expect typical signs of wear (stone chips, minor scratches); major damage will be stated in the description and recorded in photos.

You should assume that these parts will need to be repainted.

Special/forwarding shipping:

Shipping includes parts that are large or bulky, for example:
Bonnets, tailgates, doors, bumpers, fenders, engines, gearboxes, axles. We absolutely need one for the shipping company valid Telephone number (for the purpose of telephone notification/appointment by the shipping company) where the buyer or an authorized person can be reached.

Please check that the telephone number and address you entered on eBay during the checkout process are correct.

1. The goods must be unpacked immediately upon receipt and checked for any transport damage.
2. Please only acknowledge receipt when the goods have arrived undamaged.
3. If the goods are not delivered properly or If the item has arrived with transport damage, please inform the driver of this immediately and have it noted on the shipping company's receipt and only then acknowledge/sign the receipt. If the driver cannot give you a copy of the note, please take a photo of it if possible.
4. If the driver refuses to unpack or does not want to acknowledge the existing damage, you must refuse to accept the goods, even if it is difficult.

Same working day shipping:

Shipping takes place (if payment is received by 2 p.m.) on the same day (except on weekends and public holidays). As soon as we can record receipt of money, you will be informed via email on the day of dispatch. In this email you will also find a link to track the shipment. The email will be sent to your email address stored on eBay.

Any applicable international customs fees must be paid by the buyer.

Self pickup:

Self-collection is only possible during our business hours (Mon-Fri 8 a.m. 4 p.m.). Pick-up location is D-32423 Minden OT Meißen, you will receive the exact address in the eBay purchase process.

Please note:

You will only receive the spare part pictured unless otherwise stated in the description. Please do not assume something else is included if it is not pictured. The images are “originals” and show the actual item delivered. If several items are available, the pictures always show the item with the most signs of wear.

Seals, markings and seals
